A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting with dance steps derived from cumbia,

merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsaton.

The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and

slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and the heart.

A Zumba class is typically not formulaic, in that instructors often

add their own music choices and choreographies to make their

class presentation locally unique.

This class will use weights, Pilates and cardio intervals to strengthen 

your body and get your heart pumpingall set to upbeat music. Low

impact options will be offered. Develop strength and

flexibility, improve muscle tone, posture, coordination, body

alignmentand relieve stress with conditioning exercises, gentle stretching and strengthening techniques.

Designed to enhance each individual's quality of

life and daily function. Water aerobics utilizes the

physical properties of water to enhance

agility, range of motion and cardiovascular conditioning.

No swimming ability is required.

   Water Aerobics

This is a group based class focused on strength training led by our Certified Personal Trainer. Get the benefit of having personalized workouts from a trainer at a fraction of the average cost of one on one training. 

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of

movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available, if needed,

for seated or standing support.
